Simply Volvo
That price is a bit steap... And also how a 9 blade compares... For now due to money I'll be lucky to finally buy a green tune but I'm sure I'll outgrow that quick and be coming back for a retune with either a billet and turbine upgraded 19T or a billet K24. I'm really interested to see which one is better now since the K24 takes a bit more work changing the oil and coolant lines...
survolvo
That price is a bit steap... There's quite a few 11 blade wheels on ebay for a lot less money: Even got 9 blade for more flow: Maybe its just me but I don't think posting those links in Luckys thread is really that cool. I understand wanting to inform people, but seems a little rude, for lack of a better word, to post them here.

survolvo
I see it kinda like going into Home Depot and putting up ads for Harbor Freight.
trs80
Those ebay pieces are far from being billet and ship from Taiwan, they are not even comparable to what ARD offers. Do not want.

Neither are billet (I don't know of any billet turbine wheels on the market...)! Kunigawa has a good reputation. Do your homework before posting speculations! Kit Vexed
Lucky would NEVER overprice his products. he always tries to get us things as cheaply as possible so im sure there's an absolutely legitimate reason for his pricing.. how much are you guys paying for tunes vs. the competitors again?? see what im sayin? his wheels are more because they're probably better material (higher % content of quality metal) and cut. im also sure there's a reason he's offering 11 blade instead of 9.. he ever done any of us wrong? i'd trust him over ebay/taiwan garbage any day of the week. you get what you pay for. always. trs80
Meh, compressor wheel, turbine wheel. The point still stands about them being made in a third world country. Some of us take pride in knowing where our money goes and Id rather my dollars went to Lucky.
cruzer555
I'm curious where ARDs turbines and compressors actually come from. Does he actually manufacture them himself? Or does he import possibly the exact same product Kinugawa sells? I'd like to know the difference, and not just speculation or baseless slamming of Kinugawa. trs80
Im not slamming any specific person or company, notice how I never used names? Included for free with your purchase from ARD and Snaab is customer service. Trying to get issues resolved through ebay and with a company not even located in the US is like forcing a square block through a round hole, it just aint gunna happen. Hey I wasn't pointing at anyone in particular, but I don't like that people are so happy so call it "Taiwan crap" with absolutely no experience or knowledge on the product. And I LOVE ARD please don't think I'm questioning the advantage. I'm just a curious guy who'd like to know more specifics about their products and how they compare with others.
