The part WAS no longer available when I tried to get one a few months back but I just ordered 1 for me last week and 1 for a VS member and it cross shipped from another DC. I just tried to check stocking status at the U.S. DC's but VRC2 is being a n00b and bugging out. The switch for the 960's IS still available and looks exactly like the other 850 switches. The switch for the S/V/C-70's shows it is NLA. Pro tip when installing the switch and harness: Pop out the radio then reach in and pop out the climate panel, you will have all the room you need to get your hands in there to feed the cable through to an empty switch plate ( there is enough cable to go over the steering column if you don't have room to the right of the steering wheel).
