Just want clarification since the only manual 850 wagons I have seen stock were olive green and were the AWD M58 transmission. M58's were AWD, basically mechanically identical to an m56 but with an adapter for the rear axle where the passenger side axle leaves the housing (to the best of my knowledge). Didn't want an AWD even though I did have an opportunity at a few of them, as they are LPT and the awd is notoriously weak. I want to make some power. The M59 has an LSD, but was only on 850R's and I think it is known to not be as strong as an M56... Also started working on getting my 19T put together, I need to open up the cartridge some to accept the larger wheel, nothing I won't be able to do. Still waiting on my 19t compressor housing, it should have been here a while ago... Kinda disappointed with that. Oh well, it'll show up soon. Probably gonna get a sachs R clutch, wanted a spec clutch but I'm not sure I can afford it at the moment, and I've heard people have had good luck using the R clutch. Also thinking I will pick up some 630 or 650cc siemens injectors, they should give the flow I need but at a cheaper price than other options, and they are supposed to be very efficient especially when used with 4.4 (this is still my DD) so that should be good. Will post pictures of my turbo rebuild and my engine tear down, got the pan off my spare engine and to my disappointment stock rods ah well! That will change fast. Painted and installed my R bumper and fogs, put my rear spoiler back on and installed the badges off my old t-5r on the back. Got a set of black Volvo floor mats, made my own rip kit (which fixed a boost leak) deleted the IAC, installed some white injectors, got some crossbars for my roof racks, and ordered a fmic and bov, and ipd cbv block kit. Been having problems getting my iphone hooked up to my computer to transfer photos but finally got a new laptop (something I should have done a loooooong time ago) so here we are! Installed my 3 gauge pod today also with my narrowband (yes yes I know its awful, its temporary) and electronic boost gauge, put my analog in also just to fill the 3rd void for now.... might get a clock or oil pressure gauge instead. No sense in two boost gauges lol. ANYWAY also got my foglights working, I had them mounted previously but did not have the relays to complete the circuit, next comes HID's. Enjoy: Rebuilt 13G cartridge to make into 19T A little polish project.. stay tuned The new 19T wheel (right) 13G (left) Last time with T-5 bumper R bumper painted and mounted (with fogs) still need to replace bumper upper Wheel gap Engine before homemade RIP After home made RIP (FMIC with 2.5 inch piping arriving next week) IAC deleted Got some racks' on racks' Special delivery!!! Boo Yah! Pulling the T-5R motor down, sorry for bad pics, Iphone + Excitement = Terrible Photos Got my turbo housing clearanced for my 19T wheel, still waiting on compressor housing.... Difference in rods... Even the bolts... Triple Disco light pod installed, ATLEAST 50whp per gauge lol And as she sits right now! in the rain, after getting the fogs working. woah4 Posted July 29, 2013 Author Report Share Posted July 29, 2013 It is an S bend coupler, it was all I had at the time, I have a FMIC with 2.5 inch piping coming this week to replace all of it, I just did that because I was bored. Trust me I don't like the kink either. And what's wrong with the headlights! They're stock with 6000k HID's, they look more blue in pictures than they actually are, but I swear I wouldn't drive without them, they have saved my life from wildlife more than once Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
