BEJinFBK Posted July 9, 2013 Report Share Posted July 9, 2013 Let me confuse things a little more. The module in the glove isn't the alarm. It's the receiver for the fob. The alarm module is the double relay package on the firewall in the panel above your left foot. Then there's another double relay that handles the central locking and dome lights. There was a lengthy post about all this a few months ago. The thing I remember about that one was that at least one of the '97 alarm variants didn't require the glovebox module.
