550 Posted February 7, 2005 Report Share Posted February 7, 2005 Use the pink wire comming out of there(the back of the light switch the one with headlights and parking lights), then put one to a ground any ground doesnt matter which. styx0r Posted February 8, 2005 Report Share Posted February 8, 2005 I have my gauge lights setup like this - the only problem is that the dash lights are brighter then the gauge lights are - they both dim at the same rate, the dash is constantly brighter. To avoid that problem, you need to install a sepperate dimmer for the gauges. An added advantage of a 2nd dimmer is that you can dim or turn off your gauge lights at night time if you don't want the distraction (long late night drive, for example) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
