woah4
Hey everyone, Was looking on the eBay for anything new pertaining to our cars, and stumbled upon these: http://www.ebay.ca/itm/141031729730?redirect=mobile Anyone have any experience with them? I am thinking about picking them up to go with my TA coilovers, to get rid of the stock rubber mounts. Can't hurt to have some adjustment either. Anyway, thought I'd share, sorry if its a repost. Cheers! -Billy
rcstdad
ehh. While I do not have experience with those, I will say that the stock mount has a slight curve to it. The plates offered here look flat. To me, that would place stress on specific points, vs. spreading it out over the whole area. I'm sure there are more experienced suspension peeps in here to reply though.

NEU
I'm intrested, my only issue would be the nuts that they supply. I know between my Koni Sports and Bilstien HD they are different. So what are these suposed work with stock? Also I don't think the curve is going to be an issue as other adjustable camber plates are flat too. They're only if you have coilovers with a small diameter spring and a flat metal top spring seat.

gilber33
Running a spring seat and strut mount on coilovers adds a lot of extra height to the suspension, getting these would reduce the height and allow you to raise the lower spring seat and then have more strut travel and better ride. That would be worth it. I just noticed. Fucking $70 to ship those? He's trying to make them look cheaper and then recoup the ebay fees and cost in the shipping charges. Bullshit. Not sure what's up with that auction, but here's another one at a more reasonable price: http://www.ebay.com/itm/MK1-PillowBall-Camber-Kit-Plates-850-C70-S70-S80-V70-4-Coilover-Kits-Strut-Mount-/141005441757 I saw these about a month ago for only $80. So the seller has bumped the price up a bit. I saw that also, but if you enter your zipcode it should show a more realistic shipping rate.
gilber33
I kind of want. $135 shipped is not bad.
woah4
I will be getting a set on my next pay check, my TA's ride like crap and make all sorts of bad noises, most of which I think come from the seats. If nothing else, i think the adjustment alone is worth the price of them. Will see how they are, and yeah the pricing is bad, but every eBay seller does that these days, and to me that's still cheap, so it's all good. survolvo
I kind of want. $135 shipped is not bad. You know those are considered a mod right? I might get some of these if I ever get my car running. Look better than using camber bolts.
