Vicinity to Orlando area is a plus, but ability to travel in the Florida and southern-Georgia area is a must. Requirements - Top-notch, A+ quality, experienced welder. Stainless, alum, exhaust pipe, charge-air pipe, motor mounts, up to 1" thick (all of it pressure-tested and no internal weld blemish) - Experienced fabricator. With machinery, knowledge, and supplies to build anything. - Mobile fabrication for mock-up (typically work truck with compressor, MIG, raw materials, grinders/cutters, generator, torch, etc) - Accurate invoicing, and can accept a purchase order - Can provide legal business accreditation for tax purposes - Turn around components quickly - Basic computer and communication skills (email, digital photos, etc) - Understanding of company confidentiality and abide by non-disclosure agreement Job - Fabrication support for in-field engine swaps - Requires exhaust, charge-air, radiator plumbing typical all stainless - Typically requires fabrication of motor mounts, modification of chassis - Each gig only allows 3 days (mock-up design, finished product, install) - Resources to compensate very competitively The work is seasonal, but during peak months you'll have more than you can handle.
