Ghost Shadow
Since every holiday we have two chances to make turkey. One for Thanksgiving and one for christmas. I know you all love food, so lets see your spread from thanksgiving!! My brother fried a 18lb turkey. Here she is posing I took the easy route and had my friend make me some sushi rolls. Typical asian thanksgiving...had to have rice somewhere! LOL
flyfishing3
Wouldn't that be a typical Japanese thanksgiving?

survolvo
We made sushi for lunch. And my girl cooked up a nice healthy 19# bird with all the fixings. I think this was one of her best Thanksgiving dinners yet. Favorite dish was the Sweet Potato gratin. I don't think I got any pictures of it when it came out of the oven. I don't think you want to see what it looks like now though.
Burn-E
26 lb bird for hors d'oeuvres in the pan below and then a 13 lb bird for the main meal. Don't ask why. This bird was absolutely perfect - skin was crisp and white meat was nice and juicy. But forget the turkey, this is the best part of the whole meal: Pumpkin chiffon pie - big slice with freshly whipped up whipped cream - to die for

MattyXXL
show me your turkey mike That just doesnt sound right As for mine, we decided to go with a small bird this year cause its just the two of us (well three of us). Ham and all the good stuff, im missing the biscuits, the homemade cheesecake, apple pie and the stuffing is still in the turkey in this pic but you get the idea. Piston Slapper
Mine is still in my freezer, was going to take it over to my mom's house to cook, but she got lazy and we went out. Three course meals, we both got shrimp savoy appetizers. She got the crabcake with stuffing, cranberry relish and green bean sides. I got the prime rib with mashed taters, stuffing and green beans. Got double chocolate tart and bread pudding for desert, respectively. The bread pudding was the best I've ever had by far.
