sawtooth4x4
I'm getting a code P1618. The transmission will not reverse when throttle is applied. it will back up when it is idled. It seems fine in all forward gears. Background: I had it in reverse, my foot on the brake and one foot on the gas. i reved it a little to see if it would build boost. something popped. I'm suspecting internal damage of some sort. i only reved it to 1500 RPM. i can't believe that would have killed reverse. Is there some sort of bevel gear that could have snapped? sawtooth4x4 New MemberPosts: 14 Joined: 20 Oct 2013, 08:44 Location: UTAH, USA Model and Year: 2000 V70 AWD T5
