t8fanning
So I am thinking about getting some TKi endlinks, but I had a few questions for people that have them/ have handled them. Are the shafts tubes or solid? Are the heim joint threads aluminum or steel, and do they screw directly into the aluminum shafts or into a sleeve? Are the heims through bolt or do they have studs? JoshV70
Hi Tate, Thanks for your interest. The aluminum shafts are hollow. The heim joints are stainless steel and screw directly into the aluminum rod. Additionally, the grins are through bolt. Hope this helps.

t8fanning
Good info. Thanks. What's the outer diameter of the shafts? Will the rears rub for sure on stock P2 toe bars?
valeyard
what are the performance benefit of these "HD" endlinks? I thought endlinks' strength generally don't affect how sway bars do their jobs.

_HighVoltage_
what are the performance benefit of these "HD" endlinks? I thought endlinks' strength generally don't affect how sway bars do their jobs. I bought the Meyle HD endlinks - bigger than stock, 1mm thinner than IPD's. There was a definite improvement in steering feel - initial response was much better. They don't help much with body roll in a corner (that's what the actual swaybars are for), but they were a nice and cheap $40 upgrade. Honestly, if (when) you have to replace stock endlinks, I don't see the point of buying the OEM thin ones.
hotpantslovebug
Bought a pair to compliment the ipd sways. Beefy as hell, just holding them you know you get your money's worth. Being able to use an actual socket to remove them is awesome, screw messing with vicegrips on stock endlinks. I don't ever plan on having to replace them so to me its a solid investment.
