Correct Temperature Thermostat For 2001 Xc70 ?

Haha why? Outside tempature has nothing to do with it.

Your engine will run at a set tempature, it doesn't care if it's -30 or 95 degrees! As long as the cooling system is working it will regulate internal temp just the same.

I believe stock was 87C but then Volvo switch to 90C for everything. I like running at 90C personally...

Either will be fine.

It doesn't matter to the car but if it's -30c outside I want the warmest air I can in the car.So it does matter.
