burnout8488
I have a set of reman front calipers on my S70. (Same caliper as all 850/S70..etc) They're fine, but the grommets used for the slide pins are clearly not correct, and the dust caps don't fit. Also, there is a bit too much play between the pin and the grommets, so the caliper can wobble a little too much. The two rubber parts are what I'm talking about in the photo above. http://www.fcpeuro.com/products/volvo-caliper-guide-pin-kit-front-c70-s70-v70-850-18-1306 Volvopartswebstore shows these bushings as unavailable. Do Volvo/ATE still sell these, where could I get genuine ATE bushings if not?? A Volvo or ATE part number would be great. Maybe I would even be better off with some used ones off of a junkyard car. FCP Euro
Why don't you just go with the set in the picture you posted? They work very well and I have not heard anyone having issue with them.
burnout8488
They're definitely in the running, don't get me wrong. I'm just curious if the OE ones are available separately, as I really don't need the pins. Would be cool if I could get all 4 ATE bushings for 20 bucks somehow. FCP Euro
Ah, I see. Unfortunately, I am not sure if you can get them seperately. You can give us a call and speak to sales about it. They are very helpful.
