mattsk8
At least they figured it out and went with the rest of Europe. Americans would never be able to change. They have a hard enough time with roundabouts. I love roundabouts. Not sure what it is about a roundabout, but I feel the need to floor it whenever I go through one. Not sure what they call them in other states, but I hate Michigan U-turns.
NEU
Interesting, I'm gonna have to hit up my Swedish neighbors and ask them about the H-day... And roundabouts, I love them. Can't understand what is so hard about them that folks can't do them? In DC we have several, some are 2 lanes, lots of accidents happen in them cause they can't yeild, or folks just crash straight into the center. Fudge_Brownie
I <3 Rotaries. I dunno what these roundabout things are though I had to look up the Michigan U-Turn. I can only think of a few places I've seen anything like that in New England. And while they were similar conceptually, they weren't really the same thing. The times I've driven in other parts of the country, I remember seeing something like them a few times. I guess I would have called it a turning lane? Median turning lane? NEU
I agree with Rotaries! Also NJ Jug handles are another one, I had no idea what they were untill recently, ie left turn lanes from the right.
Fudge_Brownie
I had to look that one up. I've seen one or two Type B jughandles. But instead of going the opposite direction, they're for turning on to an intersecting road.
mattsk8
This is the first I've heard of the jughandle. After seeing it, we have the type C in MI, that's another one that's fun to charge through. I think Milwaukee has one of the type B.

Gideon35T
Came with the car. Not sure how I feel about them. At least the added offset fills out the fender flares a bit better. This thing is either going to be my new rally car or I'm going to trade it (possibly later today). Believe it or not she has only 111k miles. Here's the other side showing the ... interesting ... paintjob from the previous owner.
Zappo
Never seen Type B before. A and C are all over Washington State.
theForgottenone
Never seen Type B before. A and C are all over Washington State. I only encounter type c in Oregon. The other two doesn't make sense at all.
