Zulu
Mounting a Apex'i Turbo timer on 98 S70 T5...I'd rather install it with a friend than have shop do it (we've got the experience). But we need to know which wires we need to splice on the ignition harness to what colors? Do we have to use the ground wire on the ECU connection, or can any be used? Does anybody have the location of the ignition wire, O2, and ground? Thanks.
ToxicLemonade
i believe there is a pinned thread on how to install a turbo timer.
550
Use any ground. Read the post on TT setup. from the tt --> carignition --> blue/red traceraccessory --> yellow/violet tracer12vConstant --> red (big one) ground --> any ground on the carOk the ignition wire is the blue/red tracer wire that is by the knee bolster. There will be a group of wires with black tape around it shooting up toawrds the steering wheel, look for the blue/red wire there.also there is the topic for TT wiring posted at the top of the performance board. The 02 sensor is hooked onto the downpipe. volvo850r
Dont even bother hooking up the o2 wire since you will not recieve correct readings. We use lambda system which sends different voltage.
