This winter beat the crap out of my (and pretty much everyone in New England)'s suspension. looked underneath while doing an oil change, both front control arm bushings are shot. So I bought a set of Powerflex bushings, hopefully to install before the end of april

Also, I found a local shop by word of mouth that straightens / repairs wheels. I bent a Hayaku about 2 weeks ago. Got quoted $180 to repair by Wheel collision center in Bath, PA. LOL f that. $30 to straighten it, and a can of paint and itll be good until I get around to powdercoating them.

Found a local shop that does powdercoating. Gave him the upper engine mount to PC, to see how good they are, and if I should use them for future projects. For $20, he did quite well!

Wheels are 19 x 8.5 front, 19 x 9.5 rear. I screwed up the math. The front is good with a 235/35/19, but I installed too small of a rear tire, 255/30/19. This leaves me with a 1/2" smaller overall diameter. I am returning the tires and going with 265/30/19, which leaves me with a 3/16" difference between front / rear. Currently on 15mm spacers front / 20mm spacers rear. they poke out way too much for my tastes, so i am going with 10mm spacers all around.

For anyone planning on 601's:

10mm spacers work up front

5mm spacers wont work in the rear, wont clear brakes. I speak from experience... MST can make you 8 mm spacers if you want to pull the wheel as close to the center of the car, while clearing rear calipers.

Need some help though. I keep getting a P0036 code for the rear 02. replaced the 02 sensor and used a 90* adapter, still getting a code for P0036 roughly 10 seconds after startup. I clear it, while car is running, code doesnt come back, UNTIL, I shutoff and restart the car. Any insight? it is an OBX catless downpipe. Fuse is ok in the electrical junction box in the engine bay. Would a torn downpipe flex joint (read: exhaust leak) possibly cause this?

Also, this is Will, Will is the man for helping me after hours at his shop by letting me use his lift and him also helping me to replace the bushings / ball joints

Impressions: steering is 10x more tigher with the powerflex bushings, the steering is no longer as "floaty" as it used to be. All thats next to do to tighten steering is tie rods and hopefully by the end of summer i want to get Kaphlenke subframe bushings.
