ConorV70R
so if my 00'VR is sitting locked. you can walk up to the passenger door (only one that does it) open it and get right in. the alarm goes off and everything but you don't even need a key to get in the car. whats going on here?? ConorV70R
ok thanks, what direction do i head in to fix this. is it a part or a series of parts? i want to fix this asap since my car is usually parked in a lot not in a garage or driveway
Ihatespeedbumps
It's a whole door lock assembly. Buying used isn't a very good idea here, you'll usually just end up with another bad one, especially in hot weather.
ConorV70R
ok thanks, assuming they are fairly straightforward and easy to install? anything funky about them i should know before installing it?
Ihatespeedbumps
Not too bad. You'll need to snake it around the window guide, but everything else should be self explanitory.
