Firehazard
I have been using the car to deliver pizza while my main pizzamobile is out of commission. The car starts and runs fine for the first few hours of my shift with zero problems, then it suddenly starts sputtering and losing power, like it's out of gas or something, I can usually restart it within a few minutes and it will run for a while longer before doing it again. There is no check engine light or codes being thrown. Any ideas would be appreciated, especially as to why this only happens after being driven for several hours. Ihatespeedbumps
Check engine light on? Has the fuel pump relay ever been changed?
Firehazard
Check engine light is not on. I've had the car for 2 years and I haven't changed the relay in that time. Before that I don't know.

Ihatespeedbumps
Pop the fuel pump relay out and see what date is stamped on it. If it's original you have to start there. Fuel pump relay is located under the fuse panel cover, you'll need to take out the 4 T25's. It's the red relay.

2008xc70
Might be a good time to check ignition coil packs and fuel injectors.
andyb5
Use a digital multi-meter and check for voltage drop in the cables that run from the alternator to the battery and the battery to the fuse box. You shouldn't see anything more than 0.1V drop across the entire run of each cable. As heat builds, resistance increases and an excess of resistance will cause all sorts of weird issues on a ME7 car. This (voltage drop) is a fairly common problem on ME7 cars and takes about 5 minutes to test. Any issues present can cause issues with ignition coils, fuel injectors, and the electronic throttle body.
