'99 S80 T6 - Lambda Light On, But With No Cel/warning Triangle Or Error Messages In Dim.

Hi all,
Was rolling down the motorway a few days ago when the car decided to throw up the Lambda light at me. However, the car didn't change behaviour at all - the car still seems to build boost properly, coolant temps are consistent with what they should be, etc. There's no red warning triangle, nor any messages in the DIM. Initially I thought it might have just been a cat overheat, but the light has stayed on ever since, with no change in behaviour, even after a few days, multiple restarts and sitting for anywhere between 30min and overnight, the little orange bastard continues to taunt me. Any ideas what can cause this? Searching isn't returning much info, only for when the Lambda error light also triggers a CEL, and my OBDLink LX dongle with Torque Pro isn't picking up any codes. Any suggestions on where to start looking? I'd plug in a DICE but noone has one locally :/

Unfortunately, you're going to need to pull the code(s). If you dont have DICE, then you might want to check with Hilton Tuning. He's offering software to pull the codes. You also might check around locally for someone with the IPD datalogger - you can use it to pull volvo specific codes.

But really, a copy of VIDA/DICE would be a wise investment considering the path you plan to travel

Doesn't Hilton's software still need a DICE anyway? Either way I guess I'll have to pick up a DICE, since no one near me seems to have one :/
