I'm sure there is some very expensive option that you could find that would use it, but most audiophiles I've talked to say that the sound quality is actually better without it. Burn-E Posted September 14, 2015 Report Share Posted September 14, 2015 Jeff, last I recall, and I believe the post in the thread I'll link below confirms it, the configuration of the SC-901 is what drives the center speaker (internal matched amp + attached dolby processor) and I was under the impression that you would have to swap out the speaker if you wanted to keep a center channel. But further reading shows it would be possible to use the speaker you just might have some wiring to do. Not sure if it will preserve the Pro Logic sound though. And Steve would tell you that you'll get better sound if you went a different direction with speakers any way.
