sbVolvo
Hey guys! New to the forum but car is known. 1998 C70 with 2000 V70R swap down in Orlando, FL. Anyways, having an issue where the fuse for the AC compressor is popping instantly. Vehicle was turned off, and still popped. The main reason why this is important is because I'm trying to use the OBD2 port to get digital gauges and it won't receive power due to the dual purpose fuse (ac compressor and obd2 power). Anybody have an idea as to what's going on , maybe a solution? If not then any insight on disconnecting the compressor may help so I can at least get some gauges for the time being. Thanks in advance!
TryingBe
You need to find the short. If the suspect the a/c compressor is the short, just unplug the connector that hooks up the a/c compressor.
