Welditup Posted January 28, 2016 Report Share Posted January 28, 2016 Sup guys, I'm about ready to do my tranny swap on my 2000 volvo s40 ( U.S. edition ) in a couple weeks, been waiting on funds to bring the s40 back to life. I'm having a shop do the install and got a reduced price cause I told the guy I would help him with the job. Is there any pointers on the removal and install? I just ordered a aftermarket tranny cooler with a fan to keep the temps down and thats as far as I've gone so far. The tranny has 90k miles and dont know if I should do a full tranny flush.
