2006 S60 T5 - Idle Vibration, Motor Mounts?

Hi - this is my first post, so if I failed to find something in the search function, please have mercy on me. I did try. With that out of the way, down to business!

I have a 2006 S60 T5 with 107K miles, which I bought a few months ago. Since I've had the car, there has been a bit of vibration at idle as well as under acceleration at certain highway speeds (doesn't feel like a wheel balance issue, as it seems to be tied to the engine being under load, rather than just a specific wheel speed). Since I'm new to the car, I have no idea if the amount of vibration I'm experiencing is terrible or perfectly normal. Looking through the forums, I've seem a lot of people having idle vibration issues caused by bad engine mounts, I think specifically the poorly designed upper mount on cars prior to 2005. Of course, I don't suffer from that exact issue, but I imagine the cause of my vibration could be something similar. I took 2 videos of my engine bay at idle, which show the engine cross bar (what do you call this?) and parts of the motor mount shaking pretty significantly.

So, can anyone help diagnose the issue, or maybe just tell me that I'm crazy and this is completely normal?

Wide-shot of engine bay, notice the shaking bar:

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help!

On a 10 year old Volvo, here is where I would begin to try to solve the vibration issue....  Could be misfire, have a look at the coil packs and plugs.  These coil pack housings will begin to crack and have issues.  If plugs are original, they are definitely done.  Replace with a decent quality iridium or platinum plug and live happily ever after (not a subscriber to the Volvo only plug gang).

Outlier issues which are likely..... bad / sticky cam solenoid (you can remove and clean with solvent - will require a fresh gasket most likely), bad vacuum ejector (the vacuum Y adapter coming from the side of the intake), vacuum leak, dirty throttle body.

I'd check ignition components and clean the throttle first.  I highly doubt your vibration is caused by anything mount related, looks like a misfire shudder to me...
