Volvo25T
I have a 2007 volvo s60 2.5T with 63k miles. It has a bumpy/ vibration in the drivdriver's side tire at just about all speeds from 30mph and up. I dont feel it all that much in the steering wheel. I feel it more from the floor board where I rest my foot. At lower speeds it seems like there is a wobble and it.progressively turns into something like hitting bumps over and over again. The tired are 4 months old and the weights are still there. It has stock 17inch tucana rims. With 235 45 17. Any thoughts? Sound like a bent rim? The suspension looks good and only has 63k miles on it and only front left rim/tire. Like wheel homp at all speeds. It vibrates the whole front end pretty much. Ihatespeedbumps
does not sound like a wheel and tire issue, your symptoms indicate you have a bad CV joint. Have you had a look at the axles yet?
troyhyde
Rotate the tires to ensure it isn't an internal steel belt failure (a problem isolated to one tire). Sounds like a balance issue of some variety. Not much rotating except the tires/rotors/wheels, especially if coasting. If on and off "load" driving conditions produce different results, you might have a bad cv joint.
co21ss
I would agree with Ihatespeedbumps that this sounds more like a bad CV joint. Look for any tears on the driver side boots, or grease being slung around under there as a telltale.
