jeffrey.humble
2006 S40 2.4 non turbo I tried searching but could not find anything. Charging system lights came on. Alternator belt was missing. Replaced that (after having to replace the tensioner). Now the car will not fire. Tested the alternator, it was fine, tested the starter and it was fine, as is the battery. It sounds like it is either not getting spark or fuel is not getting there. I am thinking it could be either the fuel pump or the distributor not getting fire to the plugs. I guess worst case could be the computer. I have tried to find how to test the above with no luck. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
