mattsk8
FINALLY near completion of my engine swap... I replaced the original engine with a B5234T3 out of a 2001 S60, and I replaced my 18t turbo cartridge with a Kinugawa cartridge. I'm curious what you guys recommend for a turbo oil feed line. My original feed line is too rusty to use, and even if it was in good shape, it doesn't fit this new engine because of the way the oil cooler's coolant lines run. I have the oil feed line from the engine I bought (it came with the 16t turbo and the plumbing), but I don't think it fits my 18t turbo, plus I'd rather have a new one anyhow. So... what do you guys recommend? FWIW, my oil return line mates up fine and is in good shape.
mattsk8
I bought one on eBay that supposedly fits a 99-2009 Volvo. I have a flaring tool so one way or another I'll make it work.
apeacock
I did a flexible line from the oil feed on my 99R to my new BW 7064 turbo. I think its a m14 1x5 to an. I would measure the inside of the Volvo oil feed and go with that. They also make An to banjo fittings that could re use a banjo style bolt on the turbo.
