Help figuring out these codes??

I needed a spare key made for my 99 VR, so I had to take my car to the Volvo dealership today. My ETS light, and my SRS light are both on so I figured I'd have them scan those while it was there. FWIW, my ETS light came on after I changed the engine, but it was never on prior to changing the engine and the car seems to run fine. It has about a 2 year old Xemodex ETM, and I called Xemodex and they said try just resetting the computer by unhooking the battery and see if the light goes off. The light went off for the first drive after I reset it, but came on the 2nd time I started it right away. Same thing happened today... the dealership said "the light shouldn't be on, there are no codes", and they reset it for me, but just like last time, first drive was fine with no light, but when I started it the 2nd time the light came on.

So, here are the codes they found. Anyone have any idea why my ETS light is on? Also, am I reading this correctly that I need a new driver's side airbag? And a passenger seat belt buckle?

FWIW, I did read that the driver air bag code could be the clock spring in the column, which makes sense, shortly after I bought the car I replaced the ignition and might have screwed that up in the process of replacing it.

Bottom line is that I need a working Vida/Dice.

A damaged clock spring is the most likely reason for your SRS light. As the fault for the passenger buckle is not active there is no need to replace anything just yet. There are a lot of reasons why the signal was faulty at some point, could have gotten wet etc.

ECM-9400 might be responsible for your ETS light. Check your brake pedal sensor and if it's the right one. IIRC there are differences between -'98 and '99-.
