With no answers on the other tread i try to start my own and hope that works better! =) Ive recently got the 608_rev6 bin installed and did a fast config for my car (no SAS and so on) Just the day before yesterday i got the logging up and running! I still have to wire the WBo2 to the ECU (and hopefully install a MAP sensor some day soon, will use a Volvo MAP/MAT mounted to the intake manifold) So, I have some questions, hope its OK, I'm sorry if its already been answered. (if you want me to search pls reply a search fraise as im wery bad at finding things in forums (dont always know the eng word and so on)) The IAT sensor to the ECU, should i use the free air one (stock one in spoiler grille) or the MAT? isn't ambient temp rather uninteresting for turbo car? Have anyone made a E85 bin? if not, what is the way to go? change VE? change injector constants? The overboost, is it really active on x70 cars? If so, I have not found a complete "how to" guide to disable it (but the solenoid is disconnected at the time) Does the rev5.adx work with the rev6 bin? I'm getting some strange readings (tps bottoms out @ 52% in dash and some other things seems wierd) Hope to hear from you guys soon! My car: V70 T5 1997 (yes they were sold as -97 in Sweden) Current mileage: 349000km (216000 miles) B5234T4. don't know if the engine is from a S70 or a 850 (stock was B5234T3 but died from head gasket at 312000km) M56H (car was original auto, but the tranny gave up somewhere around 250000 km (155000 miles) (have gone trough several stick trannys since then :P) Stock filterhouse with K&N filter, stock MAF and stock turbo (16T) (turbo long overdue!) 3" thick full-size Intercooler with reversed 2.5" piping, throttle body from 850 GLT, stock intake. Default is 20°C Have anyone made a E85 bin? if not, what is the way to go? change VE? change injector constants? - change the injector constant to a ~35% larger number. you can also use one of the alternate map sets for this. Be aware you will need more ignition timing on E85 and more start injection quantity The overboost, is it really active on x70 cars? Be aware you will need more ignition timing on E85 and more start injection quantityOk, then i am on the right path here. have used the alt maps for this since i wrote this thread, how to tune the ign timing? what does the numbers in the table represent? actual degrees BTDC? because in Torque it often shows negative timing in idle (and engine breaking?) and so on, but the table don't have any negative numbers? (maybe idle has own table just for neg timing?) The overboost, is it really active on x70 cars? Where is your TPS reading when the car is idling? 0% and it reacts to even minimal press on the pedal (I am using the "REV5TMM9AFRaRDash" maybe that's the hitch?
