Big Will
Hi all, Is the actual sensor from a Bosch rear o2 sensor the same as the sensor on the front? I know the wiring is a different length and different connector but could one replace a faulty front o2 sensor by wiring in a good rear o2 sensor? I happen to have a nearly new rear o2 sensor sitting around and a fault code for my front o2 sensor. Thanks!

I'd guess if the resistance testing values were the same, then you're probably good to go.
Big Will
Thanks. I think they are but I'm not 100% sure. The code I'm getting is for a missing reading from the front o2 sensor rather than too high or too low a value which seems to happen only randomly because the sensor tested as functioning properly.
