Car will crank, but no start. Checked the obvious, still nothing. (Interesting twist though)

If you have spark and fuel and the oil did not bring the compression back due to fuel washed bores, its possibly a mechanical problem.

I would check that your timing belt is still timed up correctly.

Yeah. compression numbers would be nice too might be able to tell if its a timing problem with that.

01's do not have a FPR on the rail. It is a  "dampener" . It's my understanding that the computer regulates pressure based off of several other factors... engine temp, rpm, throttle position, etc. So changing the rail is not going to help.

Has the car ever had a hard start issue or is this problem completely spontaneous?
