2000 S70 need help

Hi guys, I'm a long time volvo enthusiast but my S70 has me baffled.

Its NA B5244S 170hp.

It's been running like junk all of the sudden. Like not all cylinder are working right, not like the one whole cyl isn't working. It shakes at idle, drives like crap.

As for a car it's and excellent car and I've been maintaining it very very good.

The engine was rebuild some 28.000 km ago, with all volvo parts, new rings, new bearings, head completely redone etc... worked like new since.

Vida isn't showing any codes.

-coils are new and good

-spark plugs also new

-compression is 14 on all cylinders when hot, 12.5-13.9 when totally cold in winter temps.

-ETM was checked and replaced with another good one I have

-MAF also checked and replaced just ti try

-VVT pulley was bad, lots of play so that was a suspect, changed it , nothing still runs like crap

-timing was checked and rechecked with Volvo tool on camshafts, it good

- grounds were checked as far as I could find em all seems fine

- Vida/dice didn't show any misfire but car runs like crap even the graph for coils shows all 5 coils are perfect.

-vacuums were tested around intake manifold, everything seems to hold, unless for some reasons manifold cracked on the bottom side...

Also important to note its factory manual transmission M56H (could it be cracked flywheel???)

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys

Udate

The power is back and it has plenty of it

It seems it's the flywheel, it shakes the engine, but even more the trans, and even the wheel is shaking at idle. While driving it has plenty of power, but it shakes and it's rotational shaking, the whole car is vibrating in rpms

Sorry I missed that, it's early in the morning here :) Has the fuel pressure been checked at the rail with a mechanical gauge?

Yeah, good pressure, the injectors have been cleaned and it has good pulse on injectors.
