So what you guys experts thing about for mod the car for power widout open engine to upgrade rods etc? i search if i install a k24 turbo (hight spin turbo) this will put the torque enter sooner and maby will bend rods... and if lets say i upgrade for a t3tt4 50 trim turbo gt35?? maby will spin only after 3000k and dont put stress in botton end?

You can get the K24 turbo, or the others you suggested but any change to the turbo would require a new tune, or, as you noted, you might bend rods. That typically happens when torque is too high at a low rpm.  Get the "R" exhaust manifold, seems to be the best cost/benefit ratio for someone not building a monster engine. Stock rods will work with a tune, but you could also consider rods, CSX makes a set that will work. I"ve had RICA tune, worked nice with stock engine stage 1, and then added a downpipe, and that was stage 2. Dyno'ed it in Seattle, and had decent power. But boost went too high sometimes, so I was leery of doing that, didn't want to waste the engine, and too much boost means that I was probably outside the efficiency range of the stock 16T turbo, so it was probably blowing mostly hot air.

Gates is a good brand for the timing belt. Look for Aisin water pump, you'll have to get bolts to mount it from the dealer, but when you get it out of the box, it looks like the Volvo pump, and they even ground off the Volvo emblem from the pump. OEM manufacturer, and prices are very nice.
