potroast Posted February 28, 2005 Report Share Posted February 28, 2005 I have a set of genuine-Volvo load bars. They have been used for 1 year on my Volvo 850. I know they work on all 850-series vehicles... I'm not sure about other models. They attach in the factory load-bar location specifically designed with re-inforcement in mind. The load bars cannot be removed unless the car is unlocked and all doors are open.I also have TWO pairs of snowboard attachements (with keys) that allow you to put up to FOUR snowboards on the load bars. They lock so that you cannot remove the attachements or snowboards without unlocking them.I will take reasonable offers on these items. I would like to sell them as a set, however, if you want only a portion then we'll see if I can find someone interested in the remainder. I am selling my volvo, hence this accessory-selling thread. Thank you for your offer, but I am not able to accept it at this time. If you want just the bars, then you would also need to find someone to take the snowboard attachements. I have not had a chance to hose them off... They're in perfect condition when I give them the hose... Notice the snowboard attachements lock.
