One good thing about cloudy and rain, we don't have to worry about aircraft tracking us. That is how I got me last ticket. :(

True that. I never really thought about that before :) Only going on long road trips on overcast days :D

And a side note, I have never gotten a ticket *knock on wood*

I have been pulled over before in the Volvo, but he didn't give me a ticket. I was doing 77 in a 70, but just gave me a warning and I was on my way in under 3 minutes.

It is those long empty stretches of road that you really want to open it up on is where they nail you with the planes. You could be down to the speed limit for a few miles after that thinking you got away with it, then the lights go on behind you. :monkey:

I will make a roadtrip over the summer when the weather is pretty overcast (not raining) along I-90 or something. Who knows where to, but it will be fun :)

The cooler air will help me go faster as well, haha.

you should find a quiet road and romp on it at night

man the sports mode and turbo feel good :D

I can't wait till I have the Samco/Hosetechnique hoses on my car. They will make a hell of a difference, no more Captain Boostleaks at WOT.

Edit: They can still see you if it is dark out :P It actually makes it more obvious you would think, since the bright headlights moving faster then the rest of traffic

I do a century in Wenachee every June, so I take Hwy 2 over the mountains. My spider is basically maxed out to maintain the speed limit up the hill. The Volvo loves it though. Coming back west after the ride the only thing that passed me was a sport bike. I was doing 80+ and he passed me like I was a semi crawling up the mountain. :excl:

B) That's the way to go!

And, who is bringing video cameras for the drive up? I want to see some good footage of my car with the tint and all :)

the street is secluded....near a dock or something, there usually is no one there at night...

are you sure you have boost leaks or are you just hoping on the stage 0 band wagon haha

Both

I hope to do my vacuum hoses tomorrow after the bar install.

I thought about that when I first got my HIDs in. Now I easily stood out on the freeway, and also the fact I seemed to be the only one with the side markers wired as parking lights. Not quite as bad now at night, but I still like to have a rabbit out there sweeping for cops. There is always some ricer who just has to go 10+ whatever the fastest car is doing on the road. Don't race 'em, use 'em. :)

i wanna SEE the difference haha...i bet my hoses are all fubared too

I can hear mine leak at WOT, it's good times!

And George, you don't race them, you just make them think that you are racing so they go even faster
