(sorry to jack the thread) but does anyone here remember the IPD ads from 2-3 years ago saying these relays did not work on the R? Dang, do I have to pull up an old flyer? Everybody, there's some bad acid going around! Be Careful!Do not eat the brown acid! Chill on the flashbacks, dude.Order your relay and step away from the bong...At least I don't remember seeing that in the catalogs...(Maybe it was that brown acid somebody slipped in my coffee)That said, I just got off the phone with IPD. They weren't Positive, but mentioned that they were being very cautious with the listings for the 2000's a few years back. It sounds like you are on to something...They sounded confident now that it was compatible. So Far - 98's, 99's, we have confirmation.Any 2000 owners care to wade in here? JRL
So Far - 98's, 99's, we have confirmation.Any 2000 owners care to wade in here?I just said in case you need to hear it.....ONE MORE TIME...(and getting tired of repeating myself) I just installed it yesterday (in the 2000) and it works like a charm. So did closing the wastegate one turn, the R shoots off the line like a cannon now, real quick, but still stock! JRL
Does your XC grille have the inner smaller eggcrate behind the outer bigger one on the entire width, or only half? I can tell if part is broken off inside mine or its supposed to be like that.Full, entire width, your grill is missing some teeth

Your knowledge andexperience IS appreciated, but how much trouble would it be to lighten up just a little bit?It would be nice if you would walk away from the computer for a minute or two and calmdown some before you hit the send button. I really don't think anyone here is intentionallytrying to piss you off. How about a little drop in the blood pressure...Sorry I did not read your posts thoroughly enough. I generally respect your input. I'm just trying to help. You don't have to yell...Thank you for clearing this relay issue up.
