Rob Karloff
This is about 1.5cm above the lowest point Does that not give you really bad inner edge tyre wear from the amount of camber?

Rob Karloff
Why do the original rear springs need to be retained Patrick?

AlexD
Great write-up, and incredible find. You said the ride height is adjustable, how much adjustment is possible? (range in mm or in?)
Big Will
Sorry but when you said KW did not come through, do you mean that the Variant 3 which is supposed to be able to accommodate us AWD folks is not going to be made/has not been made? My understanding is that these are sold on an individual order basis, hence why they could make them to work for our cars. Thanks!Glad the Intrax option is working well for you. muscas1568908303
Why do the original rear springs need to be retained Patrick?Hi Rob,In theory you don't have to keep the original rear springs......European Tuning reckon that they can be removed if you so wish.In practice the original rear springs are really quite beafy while the new spring on the coilover is quite small, so for me it's prudent to retain the original spring. It is still important for me that the car retains it's functionality, i.e. I somtimes put alot of weight in the boot or occasionally I drive over uneven ground.Hope this helps.PatrickAwesome write up Patrick! You've inspired me totally and completely....THIS IS THE WAY TO GO!!! Hands Down! Thanks my fellow "R" brother! You are very welcome Brother!Great write-up, and incredible find. You said the ride height is adjustable, how much adjustment is possible? (range in mm or in?)Hi Alex,The minimum ride height is 1.5cm below the picture LaserBlue posted a few days ago. I am not sure what the max height is.PatrickSorry but when you said KW did not come through, do you mean that the Variant 3 which is supposed to be able to accommodate us AWD folks is not going to be made/has not been made? My understanding is that these are sold on an individual order basis, hence why they could make them to work for our cars. Thanks!Glad the Intrax option is working well for you. Before I went the Intrax route I did ask ipd and KW to supply a suspension kit for the AWD cars, neither were able to do so.They both reckoned that one would be available soon. That "soon" I have heard for the last 3 years. The Intrax kit is equivelent to the Version 3 KW kit if it were produced.Patrick
