Yup...Aaron was the firs to install a set on my car and the axles rub the Arms...which is a real pain for me since you have to drop the subframe to install these so I had to pay for install and removal......

No one else I have talked to from the original group by has installed them. I've been in contact with CJ but have yet to hear of a solution.

Not bashing CJ but it has been a while, and frankly I've been too busy with work to check into it.

Mine are still not installed. After I found out there is no way to reach the rear upper mounting bolt without dropping the subframe, I decided to wait until I figure out what if anything I'm going to do about a higher capacity fuel pump. Don't want to drop the rear twice.

Nick emailed me some time after that about the rubbing issue, but I haven't heard anything from CJ either.

I haven't forgot you guys and I'm not ignoring any of you. I have some very important things that have been going on in the past 30 days and haven't had time to dig the rear end out and put it up on the bench to figure out what's going on. I may have some time by Monday to figure out what's up. I'll keep you all posted as soon as I know what gives.

Since I have dug out the rear end and now have access I am also doing the final part out of the laser blue V70R that I have. Here are a couple of photos of what's left. If you need anything now's the time to pipe up.

I'll let you know what's been so important as soon as I have everything finished.

i think its great your responding to the post, but i can't imagaine why you've moved on to other projects when people are having problems that need resolved.

this has been going on for months.quite frankly, i can't believe the folks involved have kept their silence the way they have.

I haven't moved on to another project. It's something else, more personal.

It appears that none of the arms have been installed except for Nicks, or no one else has had a problem. I have e mailed one of the others in the group buy, but no reply. The other I have lost their contact information. This will be resolved or an alternative solution will be offered.

If I was closer I'd come get some doors and hatch from you...not worth shipping though.

It appears I am not allowed to edit.

Yeah, not worth shipping. John sent two doors to someone only to have them destroyed in transit.

Surprise!

Whats up big man. Long time no see. More personal matter? Hope everything is good, and no troubles. Happy new year.

Oddly enough when I quoted the post I wanted to reply to it added it to my original post.

All good. Indeed. Everything is fine. Just this big step is a bit of a time killer. All is good, no troubles. Hope all is well with you too. Cheers.

Good to hear. Only one person has installed these? WTF. Its like swedespeed. Any mod that takes more than 12 minutes to install sits in a box.

Well I'm sure if you have to drop the rear end it takes maybe fifteen minutes, but of the half dozen that were pre ordered only Nick has apparently tried to install them. They fit on the rear end I have so now I have to put it all back together and figure out why they don't work. Maybe it's those expensive Ohlins causing grief.
