anyone?!

You'v got it all wrong. The T piece should go in between the lines as this unit has the valve. The part you installed is a bleed valve which works together with the T piece.I'v got the same just hooked up 3 days ago.Works fine no spikes at all.Do you want photos on it but it is real simple you can't even go wrong. The arrow on the T piece should point to the waste gate then the center nipple should get a hose which runs into the cabin and you just hook this hose on the nipple marked with the arrow. The other nipple I did nothing with. All it does is to let the pressure out from the actuator so it can not push the waste gate arm.

I don't know what are you saying. You'v got actually lucky you didn't blow something as the way you hooked up that bleed valve when you close it totally the actuator can not get any pressure so it can not do its job.The job is that stop the boost when it did reach what the ECU says so basically you can get some crazy over boost.Hook it up right then enjoy.. Smile

Matthew did put up pictures for ya.

Well Gus I'v got it dirt cheap. Very Happy

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BLUE-MANUAL-TURBO-BOOST-CONTR OLLER-GOLF-JETTA-1-8T-A4_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33742QQi hZ012QQitemZ220068396115

Just Bought it ! Very Happy is the cable really that long that you can put it in the cabin

Indeed I did and yes the hose actually like a 6" longer than you need.Boosting to 15PSI goes like crazy.Turbo lag is totally gone(not like I had much with the twin scroll housing on the 14T) Very Happy

Hows your project goes about the turbo swap?

is actually on Hold . Im doing a Winter Semester here at Essex and im bassically waiting for my W2 forms to come out soo i can get some money for the T4 tune. Im going to let Rene Take care of me because i know he will do a good job. Also im actually on the process of trying to get this Volvo 940 Turbo of this lady who's trying to get rid of it but nobody will buy it, So im giving her the "Poor College student Excuse" (although i do have the cash , I rather not spend it on her but in the 14T. Also I have to pay for insurance soo The 14t wont be up until i get the cash from my W2
