Gregg
I've just been through this and have come full circle. My 855r with 17s rod SO HARD with lowering springs it handles worse than stock. I took the springs off last weekend, replaced with stock Rs and but in Bilstein HDs.Much better, and I was surprised that the car still sits pretty low. Not AS low, but well within acceptability.Likely to be an unpopular opinion...fn←What lowering springs did you have installed before? Did the shocks/struts need replacing? Some springs have been known to give a poor quality ride, and if your shocks/struts were really bad, they would also contribute to the poor ride. If you're running low-profile tires, you can't expect much less. I'm on 215's and it's a bit bumpy, but that was with stock suspension too! dancetheman
You could just get in on the Weitec cup kit or spend about $400 total and get lowering springs....Eibach, H&R, B+G, TME, etc←Get the weitecs...they will hurt your wallet less, greg is doing a write up as well so you can see how they look and what not
Chris_R
Eibach Pro Kit , and I have bilsteins all around. Thanks for the info , I had sticker stock there for a while. Anybody know anywhere in the ATL that does that? thanks again, also how much better does it ride and handle←Um, me. Is Loganville North-ATL enough for ya? I have all the tools and know-how. You just have to buy the springs and get the alignment afterwards. Easy as pie. BTW, Butler Tire needs to quit smoking their lunch.
