Geevs
How about considering High Temp Silicone as an alternative supplier to Hose Tech? http://hightempsilicone.com/

jross
Hose Techniques is awesome. I ordered a blue starter kit from them ages ago (never used it, it's for sale if anyone wants) and they had it to me literally the next day. They were the guys I talked to for a silicon reverse IC hose kit way back in the day -- we never could get enough people to commit to do it :-( But HT is still awesome. I'd very much be in for this! Side note: Slater, there's an older thread with all the lengths and diameters you'll need clearly listed.

Slater
OK, looks like there is enough interest for me to move forward with this.I will figure out what the kit needs exactly as far as length, and post pricing early next week.
NateB
I may have the ability to offer genuine Hose Techniques silicone hoses. As you all know the starter kits they offer give you WAY too much hose and you end up with a lot of unused hose that you paid for but can't use. What I am proposing is offering a REAL "Volvo kit" that includes JUST the hoses you need, in the length you need (with little to no leftover). You would be able to add extra to the kit if you need some for a MBC etc. But the idea is that you only pay for what you need. By doing it this way, the price would be very attractive.I DO NOT HAVE PRICING YET SO DO PLEASE NOT ASK. I am only trying to gauge interest at this point. I can, say however, that the price will be about half of the starter kits and I can assure you that, as always, you will get the best price possible and not raped.Obviously I would want to limit the colors as much as possible. I don't want to be stuck with miles of hot pink hose just because 1 guy wanted it. So I'm thinking perhaps only red, blue, black, and yellow (or even less choices like red or blue only).Would would be interested and what colors would you be interested in?- Slater←Slater - FWIW, check the standard pricing offered by the Eastwood Company for the Hosetechnique starter Kit. I just got mine from them at a areasonable price.A GB may , or may not, be worth the effort for this item ?
T5BRICK
oh! i forgot to mention in my previous post that i'd like black hoses if possable. i guess red would be ok, but i'd prefer black.

Slater
Eastwood Company is selling the black Hosetechniques Starter Kit for about $39.At that price- a GB may not be worth the hassle.←Yeah, that's pretty cheap. I haven't priced it yet but the VS superhookup price would be in the mid-30s. With the fact that you get a buttload of hose with the starter kit, it may be worth it just to get the Eastwood kit. Although with that you end up with tnos of wasted hose, but I guess you can use the extra for shoelaces or make necklaces or something.- SlaterUpdate - I just checked and the Red or Blue kits are $50. The Black "detailing" kit is on sale for $40. Plus you have shipping. They have a black super cheap kit on sale for $25, but it doesn't have the rigth sizes. That's all I see as far as HT silicone hose.I'm pretty sure I can do $40 SHIPPED or less. Plus my price won't be a sale price. Once that Eastwood sale is over the black kit goes back up to $50 like the red and blue. I will know for sure on Monday.
