Yeah, it was a universal that was hacked to fit and riveted on. Had to fill the void between the fmic and the stock bumer (that has to be cut considerably). Enough said Only problem is my bumper was modified for the front mount, it is oversized and hangs lower than the oem bumper, so i wouldn't spend that kind of money to end up hacking it up to fit, know what i mean. Phixion Posted September 17, 2015 Report Share Posted September 17, 2015 I need to look at the base bumper/front verses the R front. I'd LOVE to have the R body kit though. Not sure how easy it would install though or if modifications would be necessary. Actually, R brakes would be quite nice too! The T5 comes with the 305mm and the R with the larger, or did T5 also come in 286mm size as well? I'm pretty certain my 2.5T is 286mm... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
1clean00 Posted September 17, 2015 Report Share Posted September 17, 2015 The R front conversion would need the bumper, bumper brackets, center grill, fogs/fog grills, and headlamps if you want the full effect. Problem is, piecing it all together gets costly if you use new oem stuff. For now i'll stick with the universal hacked bumper until i get the whole car more complete.
