850R Sleeper
A friend of mine from my old school is selling his Volvo S40. It definitely needs some work, but it's a great price for what he's done to it. Check it out if you're interested. 2000 Volvo S40

Greenchunks
Exhaust, filter and throttle body, why no chip? I remember Alan's S40 with chip and exhaust dyno'ed at about 160~ hp at the wheels. Like hell this thing dyno's at 259 hp. I doubt Alan will be close to that with his new intercooler and 14T. Greenchunks
Given that it is a bunch of baloney, the guy could honestly believe that the mods gave his car that much power. I mean Eastern Aerospace gives random claims for each mod. You'd be surprised what most people think mods do to thier cars. Lol, I remember once I had a guy at a muffle shop telling me that a K&N filter would give me a 10-15% power gain. And at a Kragen's once, some guys said that the exhaust on his 300ZX gave him 20% more power, as well as a 20% gain in fuel economy. It's quite humorous now that I look back on it.
