Dr Brutal
Just out of curiosity, how come you haven't gotten an intake manifold with shorter runners? If you're revving to 9K wouldn't it be better?
tcode1568908558
Still using head with hydro valve lifters, don't reving over 8k. New intake manifold is already on the todo list.. .

Any other changes than exhaust manifolt?Don't know yet, was boosting 0,5 Bar max. because of a missing clamp. Off boost response is highly improved. No other changes. I haven´t got yet any issues with engine block and i have been making many one mile sweeps.

For sure ph 2 block will not last..

vulvas40t41568908561
Sorry to hear man. How much boost was there and do you know what caused this? Stock pistons still? Did you dyno this "600hp"?
tcode1568908558
2,7 Bar was probably too much in combination with small A/R 0,63 turbine exhaust housing. Cylinder pressure was too high.Wasn't dyno it, the guy who made and upload video assumed that power. Never spoke about it with me though.

Manifolt backpressure was not measured? What was your trap speed?I have now about 450hp and 2.0bar boost and still manifolt backpressure 2.0bar is same on 8000rpm rev limiter with this "truck turbo"
