S420 Posted July 27, 2015 Report Share Posted July 27, 2015 Since this past spring with the roads being so bad from the winter, my car (01 S40) has been making a rattle. It sounds like its coming from the front drivers side. Its a very metallic sound. Almost like a screen door opening and closing from the wind.I only hear it over bumps, mainly when I go over one more towards that side. It happens at all speeds.
