Exekiel
I'm glad to hear this is normal. It does worry me though that it may be somewhat clogged. I'm thinking rather than replacing it with a kit I can just pick up new gaskets and a oil box and follow this guide. I think it seems like it would be a pretty good resource for anyone looking to clean up the pcv. http://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums/viewtopic.php?p=15744#15744
Exekiel
So since it's not a great vacuum I was thinking about replacing most of the pcv system. The main hose that is about 180 is something I am just going to clean. Do you guys have any recommendations or things look out for while doing this? I'm planning on cleaning the intake while I have it off. Anything else like this I should do while I have everything off? It looks like you can't really get these parts at places like orielly's so would you recommend ipd?
TEEKAY
If it's the original hose and it were me I'd get the replacement. Clean the PTC. Go with Ipd or dealership, I think fcps kit is not oem rubber. There is a snabb intake manifold spacer you could use instead of the regular gasket. You're going to be disconnecting the iac hose that connects to the intercooler, make sure yours isn't rock hard else get a new one now anyways
