theForgottenone
ugh..i recall someone on VS using Audi MAF sensor to allow more airflow but they also had to use custom intake pipe for the housing. But then, that was 850 or x70 platform not EMS2000 ecu.

1clean00
I get why they would want to use the 3 bar map, better resolution at higher boost. The stock map sensor can readout that much, just not with the accuracy you'd want at that level. in my experience with upsolute tuning, i was told that my map (which was for a 14T), was good for fueling up to 25psi. I used a manual boost controller obviously to keep it down below that as it's out of the efficiency range of the turbo. A stock S60R runs 1.1bar, 16psi boost and makes 300hp. 25psi in my opinion would not be usable on a daily driver, especially in 1st and 2nd gear. Also, wouldn't be hard to swap sensors. Here is a stock map sensor...http://www.eeuroparts.com/Parts/65885/MAP-Sensor-0261230029/ if you go with a 3 bar type you'll need to focus more on adapting the wiring harness then mounting it physically.the compessor map
