ConorV70R
i'll agree with flyfishing3, i've met steveO and even he agreed that hilton would be the way to go (after his tunes of course!) ARD most likely would be fine but i'm not chancing it. 4 days into my hilton tune (stage 1) and i'm still blown away with how much nicer the car acts. now time to get a downpipe and go stage 2..... howsyourcargo
Has anything changed in anyones assessment since the last post? I have a 2000 V70R that I am rebuilding with forged internals that will eventually get a bigger turbo and injectors? It sounds as if ARD is questionable and Hilton and wothRline and SteveO are the better choices. How did you access Hilton? Thank you
ConorV70R
i'm 1 year into my tune and haven't had a single issue/boost spike/anything funky with my tune. fuel economy is better on the highway and the car still pulls very very well for a 17 year old wagon. upgrading to a stage 2 in the spring once i drop the intercooler in it
flyfishing31568908306
WothRline announced he was going out so look for steveO or HILTON
NEU
I still can't believe people are stupid enough to even consider ARD... I promise not to laugh too hard when your engine goes "BOOM!"... A simple Google search on him will tell you everything you need to know about his so called "tuning". And it's on ALL the boards, not just VS. You've been warned!
