BlackT5
Sorry, but a 16T upgrade is hardly worth the money.
EricF
Sorry, but a 16T upgrade is hardly worth the money.←With the stock bottom end and transmission, it is a very nice turbo. Worthwhile? I take it you've never seen a conical flange 15G turbine housing in person ;)

theunderlord
again, the K&N last... TME told me that the use of an open air cone is a waste..it sure looks cool tho.. :P

I take it you've never seen a conical flange 15G turbine housing in person ←Not yet... but I will today. We're pulling the 15g off my buddy's 94 850 and replacing it with a new Garrett T3, fabbing up a custom 3" downpipe, doing the timing belt, pnp switch, and putting on a bov. (Not all today hehe)
Sadude
I like doug's suggestion but don't worry about the turbo unless u wanna go big and get yourself a 19Tin reference to your exhaust if there is any chance you will want to upgrade your turbo in the future...maybe do that now with the exhaust since the down pipe flange will be differntJT exhaust is good and very econmicalI like the EST open air kit for air filter personallydefinetly do suspension and for tuning don't do IPD cause you are on a budget...speedtuning is not bad I guess but personally used BSR

exexpat
No NOS, Volvos last for reason, because it isn't cheap to rebuild the motors. My last experience with NOS turned piston #3 into gravel-sized bits. Luckily it was a VW Golf.
