If I had $3,000 to burn on my car, I would get these thing...

-K&N Panel Filter $45

-3in Downpipe(Jesse's down pipe is coming soon and it's nice so I would wait)$3??not sure

-Re-install my ATP VES($100) after the down pipe

-Get a Hi-Lfow Cat ($140)

-Custom S.S. 2.5 in. Exhaust ($400)

-Green injectors ($250-$300)

-NX N20 EFI wet kit ($600) 50shot

-Window Switch ($120)

-ARP Head Stud kit ($299)

-Copper Head Gasket ($???)

-Upsolute Chip ($400)

-Tranny Fluid Cooler ($60)

-Tranny Fluid Pump ($100-$200)

-Samco Radiator Hoses ($110)

-Samco Turbo Hoses ($2??)

-Samco Silicone hose by the roll ($???)

I'm not sure if I passed the limit. But with all that I'd be in the 13.2 maybe even 12.9

Ok so here is my revised order.

1.Redo stage 0

2.New exhaust, probably 3 inch JT

3. KN Filter

4. Ipd sway bars

5.RICA chip

6. A 16T turbo upgrade

7. and then maybe work on the suspension with left over money

Sound good?

Sorry, but a 16T upgrade is hardly worth the money.

With the stock bottom end and transmission, it is a very nice turbo.

Worthwhile? I take it you've never seen a conical flange 15G turbine housing in person ;)

Not yet... but I will today. We're pulling the 15g off my buddy's 94 850 and replacing it with a new Garrett T3, fabbing up a custom 3" downpipe, doing the timing belt, pnp switch, and putting on a bov. (Not all today hehe)

I like doug's suggestion but don't worry about the turbo unless u wanna go big and get yourself a 19T

in reference to your exhaust if there is any chance you will want to upgrade your turbo in the future...maybe do that now with the exhaust since the down pipe flange will be differnt

JT exhaust is good and very econmical

I like the EST open air kit for air filter personally

definetly do suspension and for tuning don't do IPD cause you are on a budget...speedtuning is not bad I guess but personally used BSR

Yeah 12.9 is pretty optimistic with that stuff.

Not totally impossible, but I don't think it would happen.

Pretty optimistic? lol :P If you could get in the 12s with $3000 on an 850 our Track Slip thread would have a lot less 3s and 4s being typed.
