Welditup Posted March 19, 2016 Report Share Posted March 19, 2016 Sup guys, I did some wrenchin on my new phase one s40 (us edition) today. I gutted the stock cat and put a o2 sensor spacer in on the downstream and so far no CEL! I got a 3" flexpipe in and another 2 feet of 3" pipe to about the rear seat area then tapers into the stock exhaust at the rear axle. I'm waiting on a boost activated cut-out that starts to open at 5.5psi, No more 2nd cat and 1st muffler. Feels like a whole new car with 9psi and the exhaust opended up! lol Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
