Phixion
I remember about Autotech as well. They are located in Eastvale CA which is just south of Ontario off the I-15. They have a Facebook page I recall... I keep forgetting about them too. Only a few miles from me, I should look into them for my S60.

Welditup
So I thought I had a game plan in my head with running UNICHip piggyback and having it dialed in on a dyno. I called 8 dyno tuning shops and not one shop in my area will even touch a UNICHIP piggy back, lol. They recommended running an AEM F/IC. He's had great success with tuning foreign cars like bmw, volvo, and vw. But not specific to my model so I still dont know if this is do-able. Whatcha think? Looking at the aem f/ic 8 http://www.aemelectronics.com/products/programmable-engine-management-systems/fuel-ignition-controller/fic-

Thanks man, I'll check them out. Everything is right on schedule though. I'm getting my 2000(phase one) motor Saturday with 88k miles on it. Sooo pumped to get her running again with the new set-up. TEEKAY
I've seen some pics firebolt has been posting of making a patch harness for the siemens ecu and a det3 box.
1clean00
Autotech tune would be an option, but you'd have to control boost yourself. Also, autotech tune would be a chip tune and limit would be about 235hp (crank i imagine). 220whp is a low goal for a 19T. My old S40 made 210whp with a 14T, upsolute tune, and a catback. Art made 205whp with a 3" exhaust and a manual boost controller.

Yea, 220whp is a low goal for the 19t but I like the power up high in the rpms and got alot of room to grow with my setup. As far as boost control my car is definitely getting a progressive boost controller(EBC). I can't find anything on a 19t s40 so it'll be fun to learn along the way. No clue what his mods are but here's a video of one
Ol' Dirty Noodle
I think that's former member blkserialkilla, and if it is, it wasn't the same 19t your thinking of, it's a boerd out 14T with a bigger wheel and has the stock S40 flange
R11CKSO
PM'd you about how to install a real 19T you need a manifold and probably modify the oil/coolant lines here and there, nothing too big, also of anyone's interested I have an adapted R manifold for sale and adapted ME7 manifolds for sale. PM for any other details
R11CKSO
You can probably get away with a 19T (a real one, not the hybrid, that is a very dangerous option) at low boost (10-12) pounds, an adjustable fpr, red injectors and wideband gauge, that would maintain safe afr's at WOT, would probably run a little rich on idle and partial throttle, but the ECU can adjust for the extra fuel to some extent, that way you can run the setup "safely" without a tune, otherwise, prepare for a new engine in a few days.
