BeachRat
Okay, I expanded my horizons today.740 Grilles Too!It's not painted, but I now have templates for both the 850 and 740. Still no 850 grille to do an exchange, everybody cool with me just shipping out finished mesh pieces? I'd make a thread with exactly how I did it, or you can take it and attach your own. Thoughts? prasamin
i'd be fine with just all the mesh cutouts and mounting hardware, etc....as long as you had darn good instructions on how to get it on....by the way, will the hood latch fit through your mesh?I'm ready to send you Paypal or M.O. whenever you're ready.....-Pras-

It wouldn't be painted, you would have to do that yourself but I'll include the lower peices and teh screws. AS for the hood latch... a pen or tire pressure gauge is enough to reach under and flick the catch down. Another solution is to tie a small wire loop around it. It won't fit through the mesh, it rests right up against it. I didn't want to cut a hole because it would look like poo.

BeachRat
Sorry guys, I'm chillin on the couch right now with my good friend Roxicet. I just had my wisdom teeth pulled this morning. To be honest I wasn't too excited about it, but it turned out better than I expected and I hope to have my remaining time off work (thursday and friday) to finish up those grilles. I would be more than happy to actually replace people's grilles with the mesh insert, as long as you don't mind a hole in your hood for a while. It's still secure enough, no one can reach the latches that lock the hood down. It just looks bad.
